Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update & S&A Partners Action Plan
With coronavirus (COVID-19) dominating headlines, we feel it prudent to share our action plan should there be any type of event or situation that requires us to alter our regular business operations. Out of an abundance of caution, we have developed policies to ensure the continuity of service to our clients, including meeting all tax deadlines, and the safety of our team members, clients and business partners in case the current situation continues to worsen.
We are implementing work from home policy for our staff and all public dealings are postponed till March 31, 2020.

3. All meetings will take place via phone or video conferencing.
To promote a healthy work environment and do our part to limit the spread of COVID-19, we have already taken and are in the process of adopting the following precautionary actions:
1. We have increased the frequency and depth of cleaning of the high-touch areas in our office.
2. Personal hand sanitizers placed in our reception, kitchen and common areas.
3. We have encouraged all staff to work from home.
4. We have stopped all face-to-face client meetings and are strongly encouraging use of our conference call facilities, phone meetings and other video conferencing applications in lieu.
5. We are encouraging our team to avoid large group gatherings in addition to travel abroad to regions more broadly affected by COVID-19.
